When she's not creating, teaching, or saving furry lives, she's hanging out with her family - amazing hubby, 2 small yet spectacular humans & cranktastic cat Butter. Caitlin Keat, Chief Operating Officer: When she isn’t rocking it as an engineer, our COO is program managing - working with people and problem solving. Caitlin is a pro at this having done so for nearly 2 decades! She’s our personal computer whiz & gives all of our projects that extra finesse. When she's not fixing all the things, Caitlin loves spending time with her wonderful hubby and their 2 wild & wonderful girls, doing all things outdoorsy.
